      • introduces or is likely to introduce harmful programs such as viruses or spyware
      • provides or operates financial services without a required licence
    4. When using our Services you must:
      • guard against any misuse which aims to disrupt our website, the Services or any third party;
      • not copy or use any part of our Services in breach of our Terms
      • not access our Services without appropriate authority
      • not interfere with, damage, or disrupt our Services, website; the equipment or network on which our website operates or is stored,

    2. Services includes the provision of our website and App
    3. Use in this AUP includes visiting or browsing the website, downloading the App, searching or using the App or website.
    4. Doing something referred to in this AUP includes attempting to do such thing.
